If you are ordering a single kit for personal use, kits are shipped within 3 business days of order placement. If you are an organization ordering multiple kits, orders are usually shipped within 10 business days or less, depending on the size of your order.

If you are ordering a single kit for personal use, you can order and pay directly from our website. If you are an organization ordering multiple kits, you can place your order online and we will send you an invoice. Payment is accepted in the form of a check, and due on receipt of your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, simply return the damaged item within 7 calendar days of receipt of your kit, and we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Some of our products contain manufacturer warranties which will transfer to you when applicable. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping warranty claims.

Our kits were created with the intent to provide you with the most supplies possible at an affordable price. In order to make this possible, we cannot customize kits for individuals. However, if you are an organization looking to purchase a large number of kits, we can customize a kit to meet your needs.

If you are an individual purchasing off of our website, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We ship free of charge to organizations located within Maricopa County.
