Bulk Palletized Delivery $

Best for: Order of 5+ kits delivered to a central location- property, office, or warehouse.

HOW IT WORKS

Kits are palletized and shipped via freight carrier
Delivery is scheduled with an appointment window
Includes liftgate service (no dock required)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Delivered to one ground-level location. No raised thresholds, no stairs, no elevators
Doorway must be a minimum of 48" wide and 98" tall
Staff move kits from pallet to final destination
Carrier does not unpack or place items inside units

Direct-to-Doorstep $$

Best for: Scattered-site housing, rural program, or limited staff capacity.

HOW IT WORKS

Kits ship individually to each resident's address
Delivered via standard carriers (FedEx / UPS)
Tracking provided for every shipment

WHAT TO EXPECT

Kits arrive in individual boxes (up to ~50 lbs each)
Delivered to doorstep or mail area
No on-site coordination required
Please advise if theft is a concern, sign-for-delivery options available at an additional charge

White Glove w/ Unit-Level Drop Off $$$

Best for: Developers, programs prioritizing ease, presentation, and resident experience, or difficult to access locations.

HOW IT WORKS

Delivery team brings kits directly to the front door each unit
Kits may be hand-carried into an elevator, or up stairs if necessary.

Freight carriers do not carry items upstairs or into units (LTL only).
